Personally, we've got a sort of love-hate relationship with sleep. In the wee hours of the night, it can be so tempting to stay up late reading about all kinds of crazy stuff on the internet. But on the other hand, there's no place on Earth that's nicer than under the covers. Turns out we should probably follow our nodding head to bed—missing sleep is linked to a wide range of medical problems, from predictable ones such as depression to some surprising issues like diabetes.
