The Strongest Beer Ever Made Is More Potent Than Whiskey

Leave it to Scotland to create the world's strongest beer. In 2013, Brewmeister decided that the average beer ABV of 4.5 percent was not acceptable. That's why they introduced Snake Venom.

It has an ABV of 67.5 percent. Chugging this would be like if "The Devil Went Down to Georgia" was about a drinking competition with Satan. One bottle of Snake Venom has the alcohol equivalent of 15 shots of hard liquor.

A typical vodka is 40 percent ABV. Gin is 40-50 percent. Most whiskeys don't go past 46 percent. So, seriously, if you're going to drink Snake Venom, drink it slowly and only in tiny sips. And have someone hold your hand. And maybe check yourself into the ER beforehand just to be safe.
