There are many secrets the world doesn't know about North Korea. Of them all, Office 39 (also known as Room 39), is one of its most mysterious places and organizations. It is officially known as Central Committee Bureau 39 of the Korean Workers Party, and the room in which it operates is believed to be inside a ruling Workers' Party building in Pyongyang. It is believed this committee is responsible for somehow bringing in the foreign currency that sustains Kim Jong-un's totalitarian regime. Investigators speculate that Office 39 funds the comfortable lifestyles of the North Korean elite.
