Float tanks, sensory deprivation tanks, oxygen therapy chambers, super cold saunas... they're all basically trendy human closets. Though the benefits of locking yourself up in one of these chambers are totally overblown, they're not completely worthless. These tanks can lower your stress, ease pain, and even increase creativity for a bit during and after. Just please don't try out one of these tanks expecting your life to drastically change.
