Whether you consider the words "nerd" and "geek" to be insults, or you embrace them (because, perhaps, you're a little bit of both), you may be surprised to learn that they have vastly different origins. "Nerd" is the newer of the two, though the less common term "Poindexter" is even newer. Learn about where they all came from in the video below.
