The Confusing Third-Order Enclave Khagrabari

Although there are several second-order enclaves, the town of Khagrabari was the world's only third-order enclave. As of the 2001 India census, Khagrabari (which is a part of India) has a population of more than 19,000. As of July 2015, Khagrabari is part of Bangladesh, making it a second-order enclave.
