The thing that's cool about drones is that they almost seem like they're from the future—unfortunately, that's also the thing that makes them so intimidating. Nobody wants to invest a couple of hundred dollars in a device they can't fly. Fortunately, the Micro Drone 3.0 is designed with beginners in mind—and better yet, it's cheaper than most. Don't think that means it isn't capable of awesome stunts, though. Only 145 mm across, this tiny techno-wonder can reach speeds of up to 45 miles per hour and can pull off both flips and inverted flying. Add in the fact that it's got a 720x1280 HD camera onboard and you're looking at a drone with all the bells and whistles at a fraction of the price.

Check out the Micro Drone 3.0 in the Curiosity Store for $145—that's $70 off the normal price.
