French Ocean Explorer Jacques Cousteau

French ocean explorer Jacques Cousteau, perhaps the 20th century's most famous undersea explorer, was born on June 11, 1910 in Saint-André-de-Cubzac, France. Cousteau wrote about his underwater world research in series of books, and also help co-develop the Aqua-Lung.
