From community organizing to leading historical marches, from the infamous "I Have a Dream" speech to being an instrumental figure in the 1964 Civil Rights Act, MLK helped pave the way for the beginnings of racial equality in America.

The philosophies, concerns and hopes he shared are still widely discussed in classrooms, political chambers and chanted by those who continue to march.
