One of the most obvious signs a cancer patient is going through chemotherapy treatments is the loss of hair. This can often be a disheartening and emotionally tolling side effect of the treatment. However, the DigniCap cooling cap may change that. This tightly fitting cap is hooked up to a cooling device before a chemotherapy treatment. It chills the scalp until numb, which will prevent the chemo from affecting the hair follicles.
