Hello My name is Richard Neal and I lost 242 pounds in 18 months. You probably won't believe me when I say this but NO I didn't have weight loss surgery and NO I didnt take any special pills that magically made all of my fat go away. How long will the course take to complete? The course will last only 5 days.
